Hi, I recently had a US Abdomen and everything is negative expect left kidney. It states: Right kidney: Length: 8.6 cm. No visible solid mass, calculus or hydronephrosis. Right kidney: Length: 9.4 cm. Mild pelviectasis. I am 64, I didn't suffer abdominal pain or urinary problems and urea nitrogen and creatinine r normal. I didn't see my primary care doctor yet. What would I expect? Could I have a stone without symptoms? Thanks.
