Hi I Need To Know What Type Of Doctor Do

Hi I need to know what type of doctor do I need to see at this point? I started out with a sore throat that led to a cold with congestion. I was constantly blowing my nose and massive amounts of thick white mucus was coming out. I was also coughing up mucus but it was thick white phlegm. I treated myself with all kinds of over the counter cold meds which seemed to help at first. After 3 weeks of same symptoms I finally went to my doctor who prescribed fluticasonne nose spray and prednisone and antibiotics. All symptoms left except coughing persisted for 2 more weeks. Now when I start coughing my nose would start running like a faucet and I started get bad headaches . So I thought that maybe my case is sinus related so I went to see ENT doctor. I was given a cortisone shot, sinuses flushed and I felt better than I had the last few months. All symptoms seemed to disappear for about two weeks but gradually came back. So I thought that maybe I had contracted another cold. Took over the counter cold meds again that helped nose congestion but chronic cough that sounds like a croupy cough still persists. It's like I can swallow and have this straining sensation in my esophagus that starts the coughing. It's like a deep cough to force the phlegm up. It causes my eyes to run water and feels sort of like I'm choking on thick phlegm. This only happens 2 or 3 times off and on throughout the day. When I swallow It feels like thick phlegm in my throat trying to come up. I have even coughed so hard sometimes until It causes me to spit up and it's nothing but thick white phlegm. These symptoms have lasted about three months now. I even get choked up sometimes during conversation and start coughing. So which doctor should I go see about this annoying condition? Go back to ENT, my family physician, or even see a pulmonary doctor?
