Hi,
I just noticed a hard lump, like a small smooth bead, high up on my clitoral hood, right where it attaches to the top of the vulva. It's tender to touch and painful with more pressure, but otherwise not sore or symptomatic in any other way. I have lichen sclerosus, which I'm currently treating with dermovate, and I know there's a slightly increased risk of neoplasia because of it so I'm a little worried. Any advice?
