Hi, I haven't taken antibiotics in many years and today

Hi, I haven't taken antibiotics in many years and today got a prescription for Azithromycin also know as zithromax. When my son (now 29) was about 8 he took zithromax and had an allergic reaction which included uncontrolled itching and had to go to the ER. they told us it was not possible to be allergic to zithromax. Now I see on the insert that there can be allergic reactions. Should I be worried to take it? I don't have a history of allergies, but this year I developed hay fever for the first time in my life.

Hi Doctor I had unprotected sex 3 years ago. After that I got panicked and have undergone tests for HIV, Hepatitis, Herpes, Syphilis, Chlamydia (blood test) many times. All have been negative and I am satisfied with the results also. However, I never got tested for Gonorrhoea. One time the testing facility lost my urine sample which was to be tested for gonorrhoea. And one doctor told me last year that even if I had acquired it, it would have been gone by now. However recently i am a bit more worried since I am going to be married. I heard that there is an over the counter antibiotic and I just need to take one dose of it. Can I take it?
