Hi, I Have What Appears To Be Arthritic Type Swelling

Hi, I have what appears to be arthritic type swelling in one joint at the top of my finger of my right hand. I also have stiffness in both feet/ankles, uncomfortable right shoulder, elbow and neck. Last symptom is a pain in the side of my left leg, half way down on the outer aspect of the femur. This has been an issue for about 3 months, started with hand and now today, increasing symptoms.
Sleep good, but can awaken with discomfort.
Taking various analgesics (topical & oral) dependent of how marked symptoms are.
I am a 50 year old female, on HRT, BP and Vit D & Calcium meds.
Have been a healthy specimen all my life, gym regularly, eat fairly healthily etc, but last couple of years have been very wearing with hitting the menopause (like a sledge hammer), 2 stone weight gain, heredity BP and now this joint pain.
Do you think this is Oesteoarthritis?
