I have used Canesflor probiotics for vaginal use incorrectly - I've not taken the pills over 6 consecutive days like the packet said. There have been gaps, sometimes 2 or 3 days in between. Now I am genuinely feeling more irritated than when I started. Have I now upset my PH?
