Hi, I have mastocytosis. I take my meds. I am on the low histamine diet. I have extreme extremity weakness and soreness. I have cut all my hair off to make it easier to do because I cannot hold my arms up for even a minute. Going up stairs makes me want my legs cut off (not really, but they hurt!). And this is after getting a good nights sleep. My ANA is negative. I am not anemic, hormones are good, vitamin panel is good, cbc is all good. I did have my dermatologist remove a cyst on my arm and he found a bunch of fasciitis which he found strange for the area and he removed a bunch of it. I have days where my calves feel like they have been pulled as though I hurt them during track (I don't run track, oh by the way I am 41 yrs old).
