Hi I have labile Bp and recently has become very erratic reading of 199/100 my bp monitor is showing more and more irregular hearts and it's now happening on most day
This evening it's been 137/100 pulse 120 am I a risk of a heart attack or stroke ? Is are these reading just showing some damage or just is my heart malfunctioning ? I'm 58 non smoker and not over weight don't drink but I do suffer from stress
