Hi, I have had headaches for nearly 3 weeks now. I have been given rizotriptan, naproxen and been started on amitriptyline. None of which seem to be helping me. I have been taking 10mg of amitriptyline for 6 nights now before bed. The headaches are left sided, temporal region, behind the eye and down my neck. Sometimes right temporal and eye regions too. Also feels a little like a sinus headache sometimes. I am worried I have a brain tumor? I don't have any other symptoms just now apart from waves of nausea from time to time which may be anxiety and also a lot of dizziness.
Help.
