Hi, I Have Femoropatellar Syndrome, I Felt Pain In Both

Hi, I have femoropatellar syndrome, I felt pain in both knees after trining 3 months ago, I did an MRI and it was shown that the knee cap is slithly moved and that I needed to rest. Last month I went back to the orthopedic and got monovisc injections. The doctor told me that in 2 weeks I should have felt better, but this didn't happen, he told me to wait a month, but still no improvements. I asked him if I should get another injection and he said that it wouldn't make sense and to get some shoes, that can improve the distribution of the weight on my knees. I understand the shoes will help me in training again, but why the pain and disconfort is still very present when I walk down the stairs, I can't bend my knees at all.. what ese could I do, is it normal that after a month I still don't feel any relief in m daily activities (I don't practise any sports anymore, I just seat in the offce for the whole day and when I walk it is painful). Thanks for any advice you can give me, I don't know what else I can do.. it's quite demotivating this situation, I had great hopes in these expensive injections and nothing changed! Thanks for any reply.
