Hi, I have extreme fatigue for 2 years, now having vertigo, tried multiple doctors and treatments from sleep apnea machine to IV antibiotics and nothing works. I can barely function, and all my blood tests are normal. Have checked for everything from Herpes to Lyme Disease to Lupus to MS (brain scan too). I am at my wits end. What kind of doctor do I see to try and diagnose this? I refuse to believe that it is CFS that just suddenly came on out of nowwhere when I was 100% in perfect shape. I am thinking VUO, but I need to determine how to treat whatever this is. Have seen ID, Immunologist, Rhumatologist, Endrocronologist, you name it. Seeing Neurologist next, but all are drawing a blank. HELP!
