Hi. I have currently have stiches in my heal/ankle. It looks infected but its not sore, it feels cold, and looks little bit swollen. An this morning it bleed a tiny but it the first time in week. I think it is bruising but I thought some of the bruising would of gone down by know as I have done it a week ago. is there anything I should be concerned about or is it just the healing process
