Hi I have been suffering anxiety and insomnia for last 3 months. I am 51 and perimenopausal. Palpitations kep me up all night unable to sleep. I usually wake around 2.30am. previous homeopath gave me NAT mur 10m weekly for 3 weeks and sepia 30 everyday. As I got worse he gave me aconjt arnica and opum 10m combination and ars alb 1m. I am worse and now afraid to go out and I am having panic attacks as if I cannot breath. I can it seem to relax. Please help anyone. How do I get these remedies out of my system?
