Hi. I Have Been Receivin Treatment For BV And Yeast

Hi. I have been receivin treatment for BV and yeast infection for about two months now. I went to see a gyno that gave me metrodinazole to insert for 5 days. Then I had symptoms of yeast so I saw someone else which prescribe me the Difulcan by month. The symptoms did not go away after one pill. So she said that I need the Metrodinazole pill for 7 days. I took it then I was prescribe with the Difulcan again. After seeing no improvement I went to see another doctor again (3rd one) who gave me a yeast cream to insert for 3 days, then metrodinazole by mouth for 7 days. After that I was feeling better. I believed this completely cured the BV but the yeast was still here. I finished the last treatment on a wednesday and I was fine until sunday. On sunday night I started to have paper cuts white discharge on my vulva. And I remembered that the midwife at my doctor office told me to maybe try some natural remedies. So I inserted garlic every night for three days and washed myself with tea tree oil and water. I would also put coconut oil to ease the itchyness during the day. Everything seem to be coming back to normal but on the third day I decided to try washing with lavender. But the minute I put it on I started to feel like it was burning me. So I rinsed it out. However the next day I had black paper cuts discharge. When I looked in the mirror I noticed that it seemed like my skin was peeling. Some areas of my vulva were darker almost like it was burning. I called my dr and he said that all the creams might have irritated my skin. So I should leave for now. A few days later I got my periods and they brought a really bad feeling of burning on my vulva entrance minora. Now the burning has stopped but I still feel pretty itchy. I am desperate because I do not know what to do. A friend of mine told me about a skin disease called Lichen sclerosus. It really scared me as I feel like the more I was peeling the more my vulva was getting smaller. I don't know if I lost skin due to the burning or maybe if something else is going on? It all started as a simple BV treatment but now it is really messing with my life. I am so embarassed I cannot really talk to anyone about it. Please let me know if you have any suggestions on what is going with me.
