Hi I have been having irregular mensturation cycles, I am 38 yrs. I missed a month of of cycle and have had spotting which started last month for a week. For this month started with spotting first week, second week had spotting and twice on different days full . This is the third week with spotting & just today started bleeding heavily soaking through my pad. Rushed home to use toilet & x2 blood cloths about 4cm were discharged. Do I require medical attention.
