Hi. I have been having dizzy spells for about a month. I have to jolt myself up in fear of passing out when I want to sleep. Did about 30 tests to check for the cause( d-dimer, echo cardiography, all sorts of blood test, urine and stool analysis, abdominal scans. Breast and cervical cancer checks, all sorts as I feel very dizzy and uncomfortable especially at nights. I always feel like pooping afterwards. I feel like I am a ball floating and my heart beats fast also. I never have a headache when it is happening. I feel cramps in my right foot too. Result came out and everythn was ok but shows I had anaemia and nuetropaenia. Also said my thyroid stimulating hormone was low. I have been on iron and blood capsules for 2 weeks now but no significant improvement. Pls what could be the possible cause of this and the way out since all other test came out ok
