Hi, I have been having a sinus infection that went away partially (from severe to manageable) after 4 weeks. However, I still have pain on my face and it gets aggravated under the AC in office .. I have been doing nasal rinses with a neti pot and steam inhalation twice a,day and i get temporary relief. However, I only feel mucus going down my throat and not much comes out from the nose. Even if it does it is very clear and gluey but nothing coloured. I am able to breath and smell properly. I did have a wisdom tooth removal 4 weeks ago when all of this aggravated. (I usually always have a super sensitive sinus and never have anything cold). Some doctors have told me it takes 2 months to get adjusted to this weather in chennai and that could be a reason. I am not on any medicines for sinus any longer. I have a low ferritin count that I am fixing now. Please advise on whether you think I could try something else?
