Hi, I Have Been Diagnosed For Cervical Spondylosys With Minor

Hi, I have been diagnosed for Cervical Spondylosys with minor straightening of spine at C5-C6. I have this condition since October 2015 i.e. 10 months. It started with pain in the neck and shoulders, heaviness in the jaws, numbness in arms and leg, severe dizziness etc. I have visited general physician initially who then referred me to an Orthopedist. I have undergone some medication as suggested and physiotherapy sessions as well. Over a period of time with changing lifestyle (sitting postures/Sleeping posture etc) pain has reduced and numbness has become occasional but dizziness comes very often and I am not able to sleep as well in the nights. Also, jaw heaviness also has become more regular. I feel this light headedness and dizziness very often. I have already visited eye specialist, ENT, Neurologist as referred by Ortho specialist to check for any other reason of dizziness but all have cleared me good.
Just to bring to your notice, I also was diagnosed for High BP at the same time as Spondylosys. I am taking Supermet XL 25 for controlling blood pressure. Physician has also suggested Tonact 20 mg to correct cholesterol.
I am very frustrated with this light headedness during the day and heavy dizziness when I lie down and close eyes...please advice.
