Hi, I Have A Reoccurring Small Rash On One Side

Hi, I have a reoccurring small rash on one side of my arm, right above the elbow. It only appears once a year around this time and does not spread. The rash consists of a few puss bubbles and the area around them is sore. After a couple days my elbow itself because sore and is painful during regular activities. It eventually clears up after about a week or two, and then doesn’t come back until the following year. I went my primary the first time it appeared, but it was after the Bible’s had popped and were healing, so he couldn’t really give me any information as to what it could be. Thanks for any info, Cheryl
