Hi, I have a pull pain at the top right of my inner thigh when for instants in a sitting position and try to lift my leg up off the ground or standing by lifting my knee to my chest the pain finishes at top centre of thigh, it is a sharp pain on lift of leg and then also when putting down to rest. I play football and cycle, and am suffering a hamstring strain high in my hamstring following a training session Wednesday evening just gone. If you can help it would be great.
