Hi! I have a friend that is swelling very badly. She, is a female, NON-pregnant, meth smoker! She has been severely depressed and NOTHING makes her happy. I haven't seen her in a few weeks until last night. But not until today did she show me her legs, hands, feet & ankles. They are severely swollen. As she was showing me this, she led on to tell me she hasn't been urinating!!!!!
Swelling and not urinatibg tells me one thing, dehydration and/or kidneys are either trying to or they are in the process of shutting down.

Can someone please tell me, 1. Is this known with meth use?
2. Is there a safe, quick but effective detox drink I can go buy and mix up for her or a pill we can get or anything that will help ME HELP HER??????

I'm reallllllly concerned.
