Hi, I have a fifteen month old who was diagnosed with a tummy buy two days ago. She was supposed to be over the worst but seems to relapse severely each afternoon. From the start of illness (4 days ago) she eats and is mostly content in the morning but wakes from her nap writhing in pain and later vomits and becomes very listless and lethargic. No diarreah. One day of constipation. Last two days normal bowel movements. Perhaps mild fever on and off.
