Hi I have a elongated lump right where the underwire of my bra line would be I felt it there before it was small and it has recently gotten larger and feels like there's too lumps are now should I think this is a cyst and be no concern or should I go get it checked out. It concerns me because every time it starts to hurt I have noticed it has been bigger than last time it is red and I have shiny skin over it should that be a concern also?
