Hi, I Had The Mirena Coil In For Nearly Two

Hi,
I had the Mirena coil in for nearly two years. I had sex on 31st Dec & 1st Jan, I then bled heavily and my coil came out. I also had sex on the 8th Jan, using the withdrawal method.
Due to not having regular periods when I had the coil in, I'm unsure when I'm going to ovulate.
I took a pregnancy test on the 6th, which was negative, but I am aware that could be too early.
I was wondering what my chances are of being pregnant. I am suffering from nausea, bloating, mild backaches and mild shooting pains in my breasts. I'm unsure whether this is hormonal due to the coil coming out or whether it is early pregnancy signs.
