Hi I had right breast partial mastectomy and axillary dissection. Treated with chemo and radiation. Completed treatment two months ago. Subsequently treated for Lympherdema on the right arm and breast (laser and lymph drainage). Now I have pain on my right shoulder and was diagnosed with bursitis and tendon tear through an ultra sound. Was given a cortisone injection. What is my best overall treatment, care and things to avoid?
