I had my sugar test yesterday and the result was 295. Last week it was 382. I have lost my weight and now its around 53 kg. Please guide me that how can I reduce my sugar level to normal level and how can I gain my body weight back. What should I eat and drink to live normal life again as soon as possible. Please help.
