Hi. I Had Been Taking Solifenacin Succinate 10mg For Around

Hi. I had been taking Solifenacin succinate 10mg for around 13 years.( Neuropathic bladder, spinal cord injury, 1975) I have now changed to Mirabegron 50mg. It says it is extended release. Does it make any difference whether I take it before bedtime or in the morning with regard to gaining maximum effectiveness?
Previously, I used to take Solifenacin before bed, as I read that it was most effective 3 - 4 hours after taking, so I took it at night to try to prevent bedwetting. Thank you. Lesley
