Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hi, I had ankle sprain about 7 weeks back where a bone infusion occurred at the melleous and some ligaments were torn. I am still getting occasional sharp pains and my MRI scan reads the anterior talofibular ligament is deficient consistent with a full thickness tear...and the transverse fracture of the top of the medial melleous is noted. This is partially United but the fracture line is still clearly visible......
Could you please tell me what this means...?
