Hi I had a 3 day embryo transfer done yesterday. I did some light walking from bathroom to bed and to the kitchen to get somwthing to eatm but I mostly spent my day in bed or couch potatoe. I know this might sound silly but i went to grab some water from the fridge it was a full bottle of 3 liter water that i carried for like 5 seconds to water in a cuo then back into the fridge. I started cramping right after that. I dont know id the cramping had anything to do with my carrying that bottle. I also bent down a couple time to kiss my 1 year toddler and grab thingsm is that ok. Please let me know indont want to quin my chances for implantation. All this happaned same day after my transfer. I also really had to poop twice aftee ivf transfer without straining. Is that fine ad well?
