Hi. I got a steroid injection in my left buttock yesterday and I am having my usual lower back flare from it... for a year I had fluoroscopic injections, but this one was just in the soft tissue. I've always had flares for 2-3 afterward, but this time I am having severe numbness and tingling down my left leg and mostly in my foot, and mildly in my right foot. That has never happened to me. What could be causing it?
