Hi, I get about 7-8 sleep a night and I always wake very tired as if I've never slept. This has been the case since I was a little girl. My mom would wake me for school and I would go back to sleep because I felt tired. I could sleep for 12 hours and still wake tired. My doctor's don't seemed concern when about it but I would like to know why I feel this way. Any suggestions? Thank you.
