Hi I found out I was pregnant 3 weeks ago and it was confirmed by my doctor but last week I had an emergency scan as I have misscarried before and I was cramping a bit, I went for my scan and the midwife had told me she seen 3 sacs appear on ultrasound but I was to early to know anything she said i was defenetly pregnant but done a urine test on me that same day and told me the test came up negative and said it may be a early miscarriage, I have had no more pain since that day and no blood or anything has appeared, could I have some advise please ?
