I am not sure if you could help me with this but I am 25 years old female. March 2014 I started getting irregular periods so I went to the doctor and got my blood test done, it showed my FHS/LH rasio was not normal and my DHT, level was high, and something else as well which I don't remember. However I saw a gynaecologist and she put me on estelle D 35 anti-androgen birth control pills which helped me get my periods back. I continued taking it for 6 months, I stopped it in September. I got my periods for next two months fine and then irregular again. In January I experienced massive hairless for four full months. Only got periods twice in six months since January. My hair follicles started hurting. So I got PCOS tests done. My doctor keeps saying I don't have PCOS but I have all the required symptoms of it. My ferrarin was only 17. So doctor put me on iron pills and didn't bother about my hormones and said it will be fine in some time. This was in April. Now my iron level is fine but when I part my hair I can see the line is wider and bald. I have lost so much hair so much. My scalp is always so itchy and has dandruff near my temple area which is not normal. My scalp is so itchy. I still have minor acne. My skin is never clear. I haven't gotten my periods since June. I have been to the doctor again and did some test. My TSH, cholesterol,glucose, iron, testosterone and Pg are fine. My DHES Really high like 65 or something. I don't know about FSH/LH. I also sometimes get white abnormal discharge. I have hair around my nipples, not sure if this is normal or not. They are very dark. I am so stressed out I look so bad with less hair and bad skin. Can you please suggest something??
