Hi I am messaging on behalf of my partner. About 4-5 days ago I noticed red blotches on his penis.
After intercourse he has had like 'friction burn' on his penis before but this is the first time we have seen the blotches.
We have been the only sexual partners for the last 6-7 months and this has only just occurred.
It itches from time to time but not extreme. When moisturised its sore and when woken up in the morning it looks like a layer of dead skin on the red area- as if peeling.
What could this be? I've not experienced any pain/itchiness and we have had intercourse after noticing the blotches.
