Hi I Am Male 68 Yrs Old Veteran Type 1

Hi I am male 68 yrs old veteran type 1 diabetes had neck surgery in January. Created issue with my urine flow so catheter was put in for about a month. Everything going well, except last few weeks began having problems urinating, dark yellow & incontenance. Then last Friday evening, I had a drop in sugar, may seizure ??? Got home, very unsteady on feet as if I jerked when I walked. Fell during night to go to bathroom. Next day, still very unsteady even used walker. Felt as if I had no energy, stamina. Continued through Monday, then received call from urologist that had appt next day. That night began to feel better, urinated even better. Dr said I may be holding 100 cc urine not bad specimen looked good. Next day had appt. at spine surgeon who took xrays said everything looked good. I even felt embarassed to be there I felt so much better. Today got up a little weak, unsteady. Wife later asked about my urine, I told her getting hard to pee again and it was yellow. What is wrong??
