Hi, I am in the middle of Invisalign treatment. I have been wearing my aligners as directed. Last night I lost my upper aligner after only 7 days of wearing it. I decided to use the next upper aligner instead of using the previous one. Today I found the lost aligner #7, but I have already been using #8 for over 24hrs..should I discontinue use of #8 and go back to #7 for another 7 days, or just keep on #8 for 3 weeks total? #8 seems to fit perfect.
