Hi, I am an ARNP, working full time on PhD,

Hi, I am an ARNP, working full time on PhD, so resigned from job in May. Husband is new in Locum Tenens, away from home for 6 mos. We moved to new city 2 weeks prior to his departure for work. Two sons here with me. Past two nights, I've experienced tinnitus and ear fullness. No ear pain. Also palpitations. Have had insomnia for 6 weeks. Trying to determine if this is stress reaction or physical illness.

hi Dr. I have a chronic carpal tunnel syndrome on my dominant wrist that has been interfering with my work; I am an instructor and use my hand all the time. this has resulted in my writing to be slower than my regular pace. I am originally from Iran (also a Canadian Citizen) so have been diagnosed by my family doctor in Iran. I don t have a family doctor in Canada and need to provide a note from a Canadian doctor to the ministry of education confirming my condition since the ministry requires me to finish a writing test in a limited time given. I d like to know how I can proceed to get this document. thanks for your time.

Hi, I had a bad cold about 4-5 weeks ago. It left me with a bad cough which turned into a chest infection with really bad chest pain. I took a course of antiobiotics but didn t feel any better so went back to doctor. Got diagnosed with pleurisy and given more antiobiotics and some painkillers. I am still working full time but am pretty exhausted. Should I take some time off to allow my body to recover?

Hi, My husband was diagnosed with Valley Fever, but was never put on any type of medication because he was told that it was mild and that his body was taking care of it... He noticed a lump on his upper stomach around the same time that he thought was just a bug bite. It went from a small lump to a lump that is a little over an inch long and looks rather bruised. He said that shirts rubbing against it irritated it.. He has an appointment with his doctor in a weeks time.
