Hi I am a long time RN. 4 day history malaise, chills, horrible body aches and headaches, low grade fever that does decrease a bit with every 8 hour Ibuprofen and every 12 hour extra strength Tylenol. No respiratory symptoms or sore throat. Very poor appetite. No diarrhea, abdominal pain, nausea, etc. Seems to be a pattern of recurring every 6 hours.
Went to Vegas last weekend (a cesspool in my opinion) (7 days), then had a 90 minute massage on Thursday (4 days later). No UTI symptoms, urine is clear. No flank or kidney pain. Most of pain upper back, neck, head , hips, ankles, arms, hands.
On Oxybutynin, Effexor XR, Trazedone q hs. Usually healthy. Generalized anxiety disorder controlled with Effexor, some arthritis, hypertension prior to intentional weight loss program. (Weight Watchers, not anything extreme, like keto ). So 16 lbs in 16 weeks. I do exercise 2-3 times a week, and am active with our yard work, etc.
