Hi I Am A Hearing Impaired Person With An Uncanny

Hi I am a hearing impaired person with an uncanny musical ear. I normally only play instruments. I am usually a heavy smoker but I've recently been waning off. I now only have a few or a couple cigarettes a day and I no longer habitually smoke marijuana. (am trying to turn my life around) WELL today I decided I was going to start singing as I was inspired by my girlfriend to do so. After a couple hours of guitar a cigarette break and an hour of singing I sat down to rest. (REMEMBER IM HEARING IMPAIRED so my ears react diff than other peoples idk but it might help you help me) Suddenly I felt horribly nauseous and dizzy and hot and sweaty. I felt like I was about to faint and when I stood up it literally felt like no direction was up I was intensely disoriented. It felt like I was standing on the ceiling. I felt like this for about half 15 minutes until the horrible feeling began to wane. Any thoughts? Did I overstimulate the liquid in my ears by singing? throwing myself off balance? Maybe a mini panic attack? Just a simple consultation please so I have someway to come up with a solution. Please and thank you.
