Hi, I am a 53yo female in good health and proper weight, but I do have HCM. My blood pressure over the last 18 hours has been staying around 170-180 over 120. I take Metoprolol daily and I took an extra this morning, a couple of hours after I took my normal morning dose and nothing really changed. I tried to reach my heart doc but have not heard back....should I be concerned or taking other action?
