Hi,

I am a 40 yr old woman.I had irregular periods last month that lasted for 15 days. It looked as if the periods stopped and the after a day the bleeding started. Then it gradually stopped. I also had a brownish stringy mucus on the 11 day after the periods started, with no odor.I have acute pain in my pelvic joint,on both sides , that lasts for a few seconds, maybe once or twice a day. I do not know if it is related, but i seem to be feeling sleepy more than ever. My GP has referred me to an OBGyn. I have the appt. in 2 weeks. In the meantime, any pointers will help me relax. Thanks.
