Hi, I am a 29-year-old male who is 5'9.5" and ~150lbs. Last month, I started to experience tension headaches, higher heart rate, persistent ringing in my ears, feeling pressure in my ears, and chest/back pain along with nausea when my symptoms were the worst. I became much more concerned when my symptoms were at their worst several weeks ago when I went to a clinic and was told that I had a hypertensive crisis where my bp was measured at 149/115. My symptoms have not been quite that bad, but have persisted. What is causing them?
