Hi, I am 82 yrs of age, weigh 115 lbs/4 ft 4ins. A BD scan shows High Risk Fracture of the spine & Hip. Also,have FM and cannot take BIsphosphonates; Osteoarthritis & Pernicious Anemia are also on my list. What would you suggest as drug of choice for me, or can I avoid them altogether, which would suit me fine. I live a active healthy lifestyle and have a relatively strong body for my age.
