Hi I am 40 year with sub fertility
I have left ovarian cyst with 189ml vol causing pain treated with IV antibiotics and analgesic.Ca125 was <15 and rest of baseline unremarkable
MRI showed simple left ovarian cyst with no haemorrhage 7.6x6.5x5 cm after one week it has reduced to 4.6 x3.3 X3 (21ml) I am asymptomatic
But started period today is sixth day but still have mild bleed my LNMP was 7/2/2023 and in Jan 6/1/2023
Should I take contraceptive pill or progyluton to regularize my cycle and to have clear period of bleed
