Hi, I am 39 years old, I forgot about my tampon inside for about 22 hours and when I started feeling discomfort in my stomach, I remembered and I took it out yesterday afternoon. Today I have some TSS symptoms like sudden diahheria (once), a headache, low fever; however, I also have been sick for about 4 days (Laryngitis). What do you suggest I do. Can this be a coincidence or could my sickness provoke the TSS?
