Hi I am 38 yr Male.. 4 months back first time I had sever vertigo and it was diagnosized to be BPPV. I continued medicice for around 15 days and it reduced but continued with feeling pressure in head and ear. Went to ENT doctor and they told no roblem in inner ear. Did CT Scan and brain MRI and both were normal. When I feel preassure in head and ear I feel dizziness so someone reccomened to stretch my neck left and right as I work infront of computer, it might be posture problem or spasm... I tried that. so it helped me for a short time period. Every 2-3 days I feel same symptoms of pressure in head and ear and dizziness... Neck X-ray, one doctor told its spasm and another X-ray another docotr told its normal. Had blood test... doctor told everything is normal but I had WBC count very close to high. My existing symptoms are -- neck muscle get stiff...back pain started, feeling dizziness sometimes, feel nausia and vomiting some times, ear full ness and pressue in head.. only during dizziness and pressue in head i feel frequent urination and blurred vision.... Please help me....
