Hi, I am 31yrs, In last april I had a right tubal ectopic laprscopy surgery. So In last I had a same symtoms

when I consulted the doctor, there was increase in Beta- HCG of 822 .2 and Urine test was negative.Sonagraphy

showed an impression " A hetrogenous oval lesion with surrounding vascularity seen in the left adnexa

adjoining left ovary may suggest possibillty of ectopic gestation. Minimal free fluid seen in POD." Later My

doctor had given me the methotrexate 50 mg injection and asked to have sequencial Beta HCG test2, in an

interval of 4 and 6 days and there was a fall in Beta HCG till 167. but sudden there was increase in beta HCG

test of 300. So again I had a sonagraphy test where it resulted in " A small cystic area with echogenic outlines in endo metrical cavity on the extreme left side could be present? a small sac ?? and very early sac ". So I am scare and confused with what happening. Please suggest what next step to be taken in order to avoid my problem.
