Hi I am 23 year old female who has never been sexually active. I do not recall the exact year but it was definitely after I went through puberty that I noticed that I had raised small brown flesh scars (I have light brown skin and these scars are significantly darker) on the right side of my pubic mound. It is almost in a line and there are about 5 small brown spots located closely together. I have tried to do online research but could not exactly find out what it is. The closest thing I could find to describe this is keloid scars, yet I am not 100% confident it is. I should mention that it is not caused any irritation or itchiness. I had asked my mother about it when I was younger and simply dismissed it, saying there is nothing to worry about. I was wondering if someone could tell me what exactly could this be. Like I mentioned before I have never been sexually active and the reason I am concerned now is because I would like to know if it is some form of STD before I do become sexually active. Also, is there any kind of home treatment to simply get rid of this? I had read that Apple Cider Vinegar can get rid of skin tags and warts, but I honestly I have no clue what I have.
