Should I Visit A Doctor For Foot Infection That Is Not Healing In Spite Of Taking Antibiotics?

Hi, I’m worried that my dad’s foot isn’t healing fast enough. He’s on antibiotics for past two days for a foot infection, but I see that his toe and foot above infected area are turning black, plus he says his foot is more swollen than it was when he saw doctor two days ago. Also, he says he can’t feel his feet. Should he see doc right away?
