Hi. From last year in mars i noticed my penis was not so erectile after that i noticed like a rash on foreskin. in time this rash eat at the base of foreskin first layer of skin, like almost half of penis gland, so now it's without that layer. It can be itchy , sometimes when i piss i have some burning sensation. I think this was a bacteria, now i try some natural remedies to restaurate my skin back. What can you say about that?
